• CONSULTATION - Through my signature creative process, we’ll uncover the elements of style and expression that resonate with your truest self. This makes choosing what to wear (or not wear) effortless and aligned.
We’ll talk through wardrobe, styling, and what an authentic-to-you “Crowning” might look and feel like. Intrigued? Read on!
• PRO HAIR & MAKEUP - A nurturing, sit back in the chair and relax session, with makeup artistry and hairstyling in your style.
• ORDERING SESSION - Where you see your images at the studio & select your gifted image along with the opportunity to order more of your favorite photographs and products.
• PORTRAIT OF YOUR CHOICE - You will receive one fine art matted portrait (a $350 value).

An invitation to my women's gathering. A gallery like event celebrating all thirty women in community with one another. It takes place once the portrait series is complete. We gather together, along with your chosen portraits, share stories, & raise a glass together.
CRONE CULTURE MAGAZINE - A modern publication for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
All 30 women from this project will be showcased in the magazine plus a special gift.

As part of this experience, each woman is invited to her own Crowning — a deeply personal moment of self-recognition rooted in 'Becoming'.
What would your Crown look like? It doesn't have to be literal but it could be....It might be made of flowers, branches or metal.
Or perhaps it's laughter, stillness or movement.
It could be something you wear, something you do, or something you feel.
It could be an object that embodies deep meaning.
This is your chance to honor your journey, celebrate who you are, and claim who you’re still becoming.
And don't worry, I will help you discover your crown if you need a little guidance.

MEET YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
Hi, I'm Shawnalee.
As someone approaching 60, I understand the shifting landscape of midlife—the changing hormones, the quiet fear that can accompany aging, and also...the evolving sense of identity.
I’ve focused my lens on over one hundred women in this chapter of life, Witnessing incredible moments of courage and rediscovery.
These sessions sparked honest conversations about beauty, aging, and self-worth.
Over time I developed a longing to offer more. A way to keep that spark and connection alive beyond the photoshoot -this led me to co-create Crone Culture, a modern magazine and community that honors women’s wisdom, creativity, and evolution.
Now, through this campaign, The Era of Becoming: Portraits & Stories, I invite women to step into this unfolding chapter with intention. It’s a celebration of transformation—of shedding old narratives, reclaiming power, and embracing the beauty of becoming who we truly are.
And the best part? Every woman who joins 'The Era of Becoming' will also be invited into the Crone Culture collective—a vibrant circle of women rewriting what it means to age, to create, and to rise together. Perimenopause, menopause, post menopause -Crone Culture invites all stages of becoming. I hope you join us!
